Yes. We run multi-printer batches efficiently and offer competitive per-unit pricing on quantities of 10+. Contact us before placing a large order so we can quote accurately and schedule production.

Final price depends on the model's size, material, infill percentage, support requirements, and quantity. Prices shown on the product page are per-piece starting minimums for small parts. You'll always get an exact quote before anything is charged beyond the initial deposit.

We stock PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, ASA, and Nylon in a range of colors. Here's a quick guide:

• PLA — Best for prototypes, display models, and indoor use. Easiest to print, great detail.
• PETG — More durable than PLA, light mechanical use, moisture-resistant.
• ABS — High-temp resistance, good for automotive, enclosures, and parts that need post-processing.
• TPU — Flexible. Gaskets, grips, phone cases, anything that needs to bend.
• ASA — Like ABS but UV-stable. Great for outdoor and marine applications.
• Nylon — Strong, wear-resistant, good for gears, hinges, and industrial parts.

We keep a wide range in stock. Common colors: black, white, gray, red, blue, green, yellow, orange, natural/clear. Contact us to ask about a specific color before ordering.

Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days from order confirmation. Rush (2–3 business days) is available — contact us before ordering to confirm availability. Production runs are quoted individually.

We ship to the US and Canada. For international inquiries outside of these areas, contact us.

Yes, we're based in Grand Rapids, MI. Select local pickup at checkout or contact us to arrange.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll re-print it at no charge or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer. No arguments.

Custom prints are made-to-order for your specifications, so we can't accept returns for preference changes. If you're unsure about a design, ask for a small test print before committing to a large order.

If your file has non-manifold geometry, holes, or other issues that prevent a clean print, we'll contact you before starting. We won't charge you until a printable version is confirmed.
