Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship internationally, but contact us if you have a special request.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated by weight and destination at checkout. Most orders ship for $5–$15 via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
How long does shipping take?
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- UPS Ground: 2–5 business days after dispatch
Tracking is provided for all shipments.
Can I pick up locally?
Yes — Michigan-area customers can arrange free local pickup. Mention this in your print request.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Because every print is made to order, we do not accept returns for correctly printed items. However:
- If your print has a manufacturing defect (layer delamination, warping, incomplete print), we will re-print at no charge.
- If your print does not match your approved file, we will re-print or issue a full refund.
- If you are unhappy with the quality for any reason, contact us — we will make it right.
How do I report an issue?
Email service@rynoprints.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will respond within 1 business day.
What if I made an error in my file?
If the print matches the file you submitted but the file had an error, we are unfortunately unable to offer a free re-print — but we will work with you on a discounted reprint. We always recommend reviewing your file carefully before submission. If you are unsure, mention it in your request and we can do a quick file check before printing.
