Refund & Return Policy

Because all RynoPrints products are custom-manufactured on demand, we have a specific policy for returns and refunds.

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind every part we print. If your order arrives with a defect, printing error, or does not match the specifications you submitted, we will reprint it at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.

Eligible Refund Situations

  • Print quality defects (layer separation, warping, poor finish)
  • Wrong dimensions or specifications vs. your submitted files
  • Damage during shipping
  • Order never arrived

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change of mind after production has begun
  • Errors in customer-submitted files (wrong dimensions, corrupt STL, etc.)
  • Custom requests that were printed to spec

How to Request a Refund

Contact us at ryan@rynoprints.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll respond within 1 business day.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method. If you paid via Shopify Payments, the refund will appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
